01 Your agreement with Lanviro
These terms govern Lanviro, operated by NEXTRIP ( SMC-PRIVATE ) LIMITED under the public developer name Next Trip Private Limited. They apply to our website, app, creative features, account services, purchases, and support. By using the services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
If you act for an organization, you must be authorized to accept these terms for it. Mandatory consumer rights and any rules that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
02 Features and availability
Lanviro offers image-to-video creation, video templates, text-to-video generation, and AI image generation. Available settings, formats, limits, and features may vary by app version, platform, location, and access level. Review the information shown for the feature you select.
The website introduces the product and provides support and policies. Public App Store and Google Play links are marked Coming soon until they are available. The website does not provide a generation workspace or collect payment. Prices and any purchase plans are shown in the app and at checkout.
03 Eligibility and account responsibilities
You must meet the age, legal capacity, consent, and marketplace requirements that apply to your use. If parental or guardian approval is required, obtain it before using the service. You may not use Lanviro where doing so would violate applicable law.
Provide accurate information when needed for your account or a support request, keep access methods secure, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized use. Do not impersonate another person or access an account without authorization. You are responsible for the content and actions you authorize through your account.
04 Permission to use the service
Subject to these terms and applicable purchase conditions, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the app and website for their intended purposes. This does not transfer ownership of our software, brand, templates, interface, or other service materials.
Do not resell the service, redistribute its software, evade access controls, or copy protected service materials except as permitted by us or applicable law. Any reverse-engineering restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
05 Your inputs and permissions
You retain any rights you hold in the prompts, photos, instructions, and other materials you submit. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to upload, process, and use them, including permissions relating to another person's image, privacy, intellectual property, and personal information.
Do not submit confidential or sensitive material unless you are entitled to do so and it is appropriate for the feature. You are responsible for choosing the correct input and reviewing settings before starting generation.
06 Permission needed to process content
You authorize us to host, reproduce, process, transform, and deliver your submitted content and resulting output only as needed to provide your requested feature, temporary creation history, and related security, troubleshooting, and support. This permission is limited by the purposes and retention practices in our privacy notices.
This operational permission does not authorize us to use your content to train general-purpose AI or foundation models. It does not require you to grant ownership of your original material to us.
07 AI outputs and your review
AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, visually inconsistent, or similar to material generated for other users. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, accurate, suitable for a particular purpose, or eligible for intellectual-property protection.
Review outputs before saving, publishing, relying on, or using them commercially. You remain responsible for the rights, permissions, disclosure requirements, and laws relevant to your intended use. Your rights in generated content depend on applicable law, your inputs, and any relevant third-party rights. The service does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
08 Responsible use and prohibited conduct
- Do not create, upload, or distribute unlawful content, child sexual abuse material, or material that sexually exploits or endangers children.
- Do not create non-consensual intimate imagery, targeted harassment, threats, abuse, or content that unlawfully violates another person's privacy or rights.
- Do not use generated media for fraud, harmful impersonation, deceptive identity claims, or unlawful misrepresentation of real people or events.
- Do not infringe intellectual property, bypass safeguards, probe systems without permission, distribute malware, disrupt service operation, or scrape protected account data.
- Do not manipulate payments, obtain access using unauthorized transactions, abuse refunds, or misrepresent ownership of an account or purchase.
09 Safety, rights complaints, and enforcement
Report unsafe content, suspected misuse, or an infringement concern to support@lanviro.org. Include a description, the relevant task or content reference if available, your relationship to the issue, and contact details. Provide only the material needed to assess the report.
We may restrict a request, remove content from systems we control, suspend access, or investigate an account where reasonably needed to address misuse, payment irregularities, safety, legal obligations, or service integrity. We consider the circumstances and provide an explanation or review route where appropriate and required. Contact support if you believe an action was taken in error.
10 Purchases and displayed conditions
If paid features, credits, or subscriptions are offered, the current price, currency, taxes where applicable, billing period, included access, and material conditions are presented in the app or by the purchasing platform before confirmation. Review that information before authorizing a transaction.
No public price or package schedule is offered on this website. A mention of a feature does not promise free or unlimited access. Purchase availability and methods can vary by platform, region, and app version.
11 Credits and paid entitlements
Where credits are available, their grant, use, validity, and relationship to a plan are governed by the conditions shown for that purchase. Review the displayed cost or usage conditions for a generation before submitting it. We do not establish a universal credit expiry or permanent-validity rule on this website.
A refunded, reversed, or otherwise invalidated purchase may require a corresponding adjustment to credits or paid access. If a paid feature, balance, or purchase restoration appears incorrect, contact support with the relevant purchase and account reference. Availability of restoration depends on the item and purchasing platform; a consumed item is not necessarily restorable as a new purchase.
12 Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation
If you select a recurring subscription, the billing interval, renewal terms, any introductory period, and cancellation process are those displayed at checkout and in the relevant marketplace. Manage or cancel renewal using the account and platform that processed the subscription.
Canceling renewal, requesting a refund, deleting the app, and deleting your Lanviro account are different actions. App removal or account deletion does not automatically cancel a marketplace subscription or refund past payments. Use the applicable platform controls to prevent future renewal, and review the effect on access shown by that platform.
13 Refunds and purchase issues
Refund eligibility depends on the purchasing channel, transaction, applicable platform rules, and consumer law. We honor valid marketplace refund decisions and update related entitlements when a confirmed refund is received. We do not promise an automatic cash refund or credit return for every failed request, delay, or output you dislike.
For missing credits, duplicate charges, failed paid features, or an approved refund not reflected in the app, contact support so we can investigate and determine the appropriate correction. Nothing in these terms removes remedies required by law or a valid marketplace decision.
14 App marketplaces and other providers
A marketplace may impose its own download, account, billing, renewal, refund, and licensing rules. Those rules apply to the platform services it provides. If a platform license is presented with your download, review it together with these terms.
External sites, exported copies, and services you independently choose are subject to their own terms. We do not control their availability, decisions, or data practices. Non-AI operational services and marketplace billing do not change Lanviro's commitment not to send generation data to third-party AI services.
15 Privacy and temporary content storage
Our Privacy Policy and AI Data Privacy notice explain how account information and creative data are handled. AI processing is self-hosted, does not perform facial recognition, and does not use your content to train general-purpose AI or foundation models.
Prompts, uploaded input images, and generated images and videos are automatically deleted from Lanviro-operated generation servers no later than 36 hours after creation. This is a temporary generation-content window, not permanent storage.
Save outputs you wish to retain using the app's available export controls. We do not promise permanent project storage. A credit balance or subscription does not extend the generation-content retention window.
16 Account deletion and ending use
You can stop using Lanviro at any time. To request account deletion, open Personal Settings, choose account deletion, review the notice, and complete confirmation. If you cannot access the app, contact support by email.
Account closure removes access to the account and associated content from active systems, subject to limited lawful record retention. Review the deletion notice and address any unresolved purchase question before confirming. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Account deletion does not automatically refund a purchase or cancel a separate marketplace subscription.
17 Changes, maintenance, and availability
We may update the app, adjust features, perform maintenance, or limit requests for reliability, capacity, security, or legal reasons. Generation speed and availability can depend on network conditions, system load, and the request. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Where a material change affects an existing paid entitlement, applicable purchase conditions, notice duties, and mandatory consumer remedies continue to apply. A support request does not guarantee a particular response time or resolution, but we will review information needed to investigate the issue.
18 Our materials and your feedback
Lanviro's brand, app design, software, website materials, and templates are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Rights not expressly granted remain with their respective owners. Any third-party marks remain the property of those owners.
If you send suggestions or feedback, we may use the ideas to improve the service without an obligation to pay for the suggestion. Personal information and support attachments remain subject to our Privacy Policy; sending feedback does not transfer ownership of unrelated creative work.
19 Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, services and outputs are provided as available, without a promise that they will satisfy every intended use or be free of inaccuracies, interruptions, or third-party claims. You should assess outputs before relying on them.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from uses or circumstances we could not reasonably control, including independently published or exported copies. No part of these terms excludes liability or warranties that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory rights to remedies for defective or misdescribed services.
20 Questions, disputes, and consumer rights
Contact support@lanviro.org with the account or transaction reference and a concise explanation so we can try to resolve a concern. You may also use applicable marketplace complaint processes, competent authorities, or available legal remedies.
Rights and disputes are subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction rules that apply to the parties and transaction. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or remove access to a court, regulator, or consumer remedy where law protects that access.
21 General terms and updates
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. Terms that by their nature concern past transactions, content rights, liabilities, or disputes may continue after use ends.
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. The date above identifies the current version. We provide additional notice or obtain agreement when required for a material change. These terms, relevant purchase disclosures, and applicable additional feature terms govern your use, subject always to mandatory law.
