01 Features covered by this notice
This notice applies to Lanviro's image-to-video, video-template, text-to-video, and AI image-generation features, operated by NEXTRIP ( SMC-PRIVATE ) LIMITED. It supplements the general Privacy Policy.
The website describes these features but does not run generation. An image is submitted only when you select it for a supported feature and send the request in the app. A support attachment is handled as part of your support conversation, not as an instruction to generate media.
02 What a generation request includes
- The text prompt, creative instructions, template, style, and other settings you enter or select for that feature.
- The input image you deliberately choose to upload, where the selected feature uses one.
- The resulting image or video, previews, task status, timestamps, and creation identifiers needed to deliver and display your result.
- Account or session identifiers needed to associate the request with you and administer applicable credits or access.
- Limited network, device, app, error, and security records used to deliver the request, investigate failures, and prevent misuse.
03 Your choice and permissions
You choose the feature and the content to submit. Review the feature description, selected input, settings, and any notice or permission request before proceeding. Access to a device photo library does not mean that all photos are uploaded.
Device permissions can be managed in operating-system settings. Where separate consent is required, an acknowledgment of general terms does not replace it. You can stop submitting new requests or ask us for help exercising an applicable privacy right.
04 Why generation data is processed
We process the required inputs to create and return the media you request, provide short-term creation history and re-use, maintain task status, administer applicable access or credits, and investigate a related technical or support issue. Limited technical records also help secure the service and address misuse.
Use only content you have the rights and permissions to submit. Avoid unnecessary confidential or sensitive personal information. Operational diagnostics and aggregated or de-identified reliability analysis do not authorize the training use excluded below.
05 Self-hosted models and no third-party AI
Lanviro's generation environment is deployed and operated by us using self-hosted AI models. Prompts, uploaded images, generated media, and related generation context are processed on Lanviro-operated generation servers and are not sent to third-party AI services.
The app communicates with our servers over a network connection. Self-hosted generation is not a promise of offline or entirely on-device processing. App stores and non-AI operational providers may separately process limited information for purchases, network delivery, security, or support as described in the Privacy Policy.
06 No general-purpose model training
We do not use your personal information, text prompts, uploaded images, generated images or videos, support attachments, or other user content to train general-purpose AI models or foundation models.
The permission needed to complete a generation is limited to providing and supporting the requested service. It is not permission to use your content for that model training.
07 Photos, likenesses, and face-related safeguards
An uploaded photo is visual input for the image or video you request. Lanviro does not perform facial recognition, extract facial-geometry data, create biometric identifiers, or use an uploaded face to identify a person.
Input images are processed on our generation servers and are not sent to third-party AI services. Obtain any permission required before submitting another person's likeness or personal information, and do not use the service for unlawful impersonation or non-consensual intimate content.
08 The 36-hour generation-content window
Prompts, uploaded input images, and generated images and videos are automatically deleted from Lanviro-operated generation servers no later than 36 hours after creation. This is a temporary generation-content window, not permanent storage.
Keep a copy of outputs you wish to retain by using the available export controls before the temporary window ends. Creation history and re-use depend on content still being available. A purchase, credit balance, or subscription does not guarantee longer media retention.
Limited billing, purchase, refund, tax, accounting, marketplace reconciliation, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, backup, and legal records may have separate retention periods where necessary for those purposes. Access to retained records is restricted, and they are not used to train general-purpose AI or foundation models.
This generation-server limit is separate from necessary account or transaction records, restricted backup cycles, and material you independently provide to a support conversation. It is also separate from files you export to your device or another service.
09 Delete your account or request data help
To delete your account, open Lanviro → Personal Settings → account deletion, review the notice, and confirm the request. Associated personal information and creative content are removed from active systems, subject to limited lawful retention described in our deletion policy.
For a request about a particular creation, inability to access the app, or any data question, email support@lanviro.org. Include an account or creation identifier if available and the approximate creation time. Do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive content.
Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it through available controls or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful processing. Deleting an app alone does not close your account or cancel a marketplace subscription.
10 Exporting and publishing your work
Review generated content and the destination before exporting or sharing. Output may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your intended purpose. Confirm the rights and permissions needed to publish or use it.
Copies you save, publish, or send to another service may remain there after the generation-server copy is deleted. You control deletion of your local exports; external platforms control records in their own systems.
11 Security, international processing, and rights
We restrict generation-data access according to operational need and use reasonable safeguards. No internet-connected service can promise absolute security. The Privacy Policy explains international processing, other retention purposes, and your applicable rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction, or complaint.
For a privacy or security concern, contact support@lanviro.org. We may need proportionate verification to locate the relevant information and protect it against unauthorized access or deletion.
12 Updates to this notice
We update this notice when relevant features, processing arrangements, or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. We provide further notice or seek consent when required before affected processing begins. Read this notice together with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
